We tapped into a cultural breaking point, the great resignation, quiet quitting, mass layoffs, and launched a bold campaign that showed up everywhere; commutes, coffee shops, even bar bathrooms. We saw an opportunity to meet the moment with some provocative questions and an invitation. At its center was a powerful spot featuring a woman reclaiming her path, defying expectations, and choosing to build her own dream. This wasn’t just a brand campaign, it was a cultural call to action.
